Ground spiders popping up everywhere in my house

It's caused me to lose sleep over the last few days and I don't feel comfortable sleeping in my bed. I know it's ridiculous but I feel sick since I found 5 ground spiders in the last 2 days between my room (specifically my bed) and my bathroom.

Day 2 I begged the spider to leave because I was afraid and I said sorry to it that I'm afraid and that I don't want it around. And the next day my sister screamed and told me to get it and I did, and I cried after. Here I was convincing the spider I'm an ally, and then I turn around and betray it.

So I'm wondering what's the real solution when your house is booked full with 8 legged guests. Not killing but just waiting for them to appear so I can relocate them?
