Keep getting denied by ACL

To start off please don’t get on here bashing ACL. I know it may not be the ideal working conditions or environment but I want to get my foot in the door by any means necessary. I’ve applied to ACL for deckhand at least 15+ times and I’ve been rejected each time. My resume is good. I have experience working hands on jobs. On the application they always asked for links to social media profiles. I never put it in there. Could that be the reason why I my application gets rejected?
