Periods with iron deficiency

Im dying right now 😭 i get heavy periods, about 40-50ml daily when im on, and im already severely iron deficient (11ug) and Vit d deficient (18ui or whatever its called) omg this pain is horrible. Genuinely fighting of a panic attack as ive got emetophobia and dont want to be sick, and all of my torso is just stinging and aching on repeat like STRONGLY. I want to sob
