Did I fuck up? [m 36]

Started talking to this woman about less than a month. A lot of banter early. We would talk from the time they would wake up until the time they would go to sleep daily. She would send me selfies regularly. I asked her to hang out numerous times but she would ignore the question. I asked her for her number and same thing. I asked her if she was available and no clear answer. Finally got tired and told her I wanted clarity but she stopped responding. Now I’m over here feeling like we broke up and spiraling over her. Part of my mind says I should reach out and clearly express what I want because we are both adult and I thrive in honestly. But a lot of people told me I did that already and I got my answer. Not sure who should I listen to?
