(UK) has anybody seen one of these round-waist harnesses?

My son is a hyperactive constant flight risk when we’re out (and when we’re in, tbf), so I use one of the hobledehoo harnesses with him outdoors. These are great but do require you to have a tight grip, and between the eczema flair ups on my hands and his increasing strength I’m struggling with it.

I was on holiday recently and saw a woman using a harness with her child that clipped around her waist and looked study and secure. I would have asked her where she got it, but it wasn’t appropriate at the time since her little one was unsettled and I never saw her again. Does anyone use one of these that they would recommend? Has anyone seen any available to buy they could point me to? It would have to be something suitable for an older child and available to buy in the UK.
