Story / Narration of a protagonist and their experience with a late night jogger. Protagonist lives in an apartment and every night the same jogger goes past the window and stops - possibly stares through the window or interacts in some way?

After a few days the protagonist confronts the jogger with their boyfriend and it’s revealed that the jogger has asthma and happens to stop by the protagonists window - the jogger also doesn’t realise that the window was there.

At some point the protagonist gives the jogger an inhaler because they’re struggling to breathe, they then later realise that the jogger never used the inhaler and after looking back at the window the jogger smiles back or winks I think? I can’t remember if they realise on the same night or the next night.

I believe the story was narrated and put on YouTube as part of a compilation of scary stories? Any copy of the narration would be helpful. Thank you!
