Future Soft Lock after Hard Lock What does it mean?

I joined Accenture about a month ago and was hard-locked to a project. The project's end date was 14th August. When I spoke with the project manager, they said there is currently no requirement for my primary skills.

I explained that the skills they were referring to are not actually my primary skills and shared my previous work experience and technical skill set with them.

After that, I received a Future Soft Lock email.

Has anyone experienced this before? What exactly does Future Soft Lock mean in Accenture? Does it mean I'll be onboarded to the same project later, or is it just a placeholder while I wait for another project?
