My husband tossed 3 Kwikpens

My husband accidentally threw away my unused Mounjaro pens yesterday. They remained in the trash for less than 24 hours, stored in the shade and wrapped in aluminum foil. When we recovered them, they still felt cold to the touch.
I understand that Mounjaro can be kept at room temperature for up to 30 days. However, my question is different:
Given that the pens still appeared to have remained cold, how likely is it that they have maintained the same stability and effectiveness as if they had been refrigerated the entire time? In other words, is it likely that they still retain their original shelf life until the labeled expiration date, or should I assume that the 30-day room temperature limit now applies?
