Manager Fired After 26 Years And Some People Are Actually Happy About It.

He left the back door unlocked creating a potential for massive theft. But the thing is he didn’t seem terrible and was always nice to me and various others. A lot of people are celebrating his termination so maybe there were other, more unpleasant sides to him. The worst thing I witnessed him doing to someone else was calling the person out for taking too many breaks and spending too much time in the breakroom, but this is kind of the job of a manager/department head.
