I want more Assassins Creed after finishing Resynced

I got new Black Flag remake and put like 60h into it, fully finished it, legendary ships and everything and now I want more. Im thinking about 3 specific titles, each from different era of AC. I would be playing them on my base ps5. Option are:

Assassins Creed 3 Remastered - closest to black flag, continue story of Kenweys, its also the end of Desmonds story, but I heard the remaster is .... well not very remastered so graphics and gameplay can be a bit outdated.

Assassins Creed Syndicate - big city, moderately good graphics, a lot of parkour and assassination missions, but once again I heard the combat is kinda boring and main characters are meh at best.

Assassins Creed Valhalla - least AC game, but with a lot of content, best graphics out of three and really fun combat. That unfortunately means stealth sucks, game is bloated and story is all over the place.

So which one would you recommend to play after finishing Black Flag Resynced on ps5.
