Clinique Black Honey loads left

Hi! I recently reached the end of my Clinique black honey (or so I thought). It’s lasted me a while so I wasn’t mad by the amount of product, but it had flattened and stopped twisting up. I always clean out my makeup cause I like to recycle it, so I went to scrape it out thinking there’d be very little left that was unreachable. Turns out there was loads that you simply can’t use cause the twist mechanism stops! Did anyone else have this issue? As I said I got a lotttttt of use out of it so I’m not super mad but mainly just feel it’s wasteful as if it was accessible I’d use the product, but it’s an absolute mess to try and apply if I’m scraping it out the tube so wouldn’t work.
