PLDT 35 mbps Plan enough for 2 persons?

Me and my wife will be moving to a small apartment. Is 35 mbps enough?

My internet habits: torrenting, youtube, pdf downloads, mp3 and flac downloads, reddit, 9gag, messenger, no online gaming

Wife: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Netflix.

What would the average download speed be like? how long would 10 GB take to download for those who torrent? My locaton is Las Pinas.
