What is the difference between a Warlock and Seraph in your setting?

Technically speaking these are both worshipper classes, so where do you draw the line between them?

Is it the type of dieties they worship? Is it the type of pact they made? Is it simply the difference between their experiences?

While I went with the typical sacred vs dark arts split, I am interested in how everyone else does their own.
