How you manage finances after marriage?

Im about to be married and would like to know how you manage finances, specially for couples where both earn? How much you spend on her parents/family, do you keep her money or how you do it. I know it would be bit sexist, but I feel she is little careless with money, and i dont feel comfortable to leave her incharge. Please ladies dont hate, i dont have any bad intentions neither wanna control her, but dont want to be controlled either
