Real Event OCD still hasn’t gone away despite confessing to girlfriend multiple times for multiple years

I just don’t get it. My girlfriend is one of the moral people that I know, yet she doesn’t seem to care about my real event (that seems horrific in my mind) that I confessed years ago and still continue to bring up often. Hell, the four therapists I’ve spoken to don’t seem to think it’s a big deal either. I don’t get it. It’s fucking horrible yet nobody cares. I feel like just not be telling the full story or there’s a detail in leaving out that would change their opinion. What is it?

Most people’s real events seem to be when they’re a kid. But I was 18 when my real event happened. My girlfriend won’t talk to me about it anymore because she says that I’m seeking reassurance and it’ll make my OCD worse.
