Question about "Choice" / "Brand+" stores

I want to order an earphone cable (Nicechk SP4 USB-C), and while searching for it on the coin page, I found one for ~15 usd, while another one was around ~8USD. The 15 one was from NiceChk official store, while the other was a bit weird. It doesnt say the store name but instead says "Brand+". If I scroll down, I see it's "This items seller is NiceChk Choice Store", and right under that is text saying it's sold by "stone's store". What is going on here? Stone's store have very few reviews, but their business license says its by alibaba. Should I just cough up the extra 7 bucks?
