Has something changed with m0nkrus torrent trackers? They all seem to require registration now.

I've been downloading m0nkrus releases for years, and I don't remember having to create accounts on the torrent trackers.

Recently, every tracker I end up on (RuTracker and the other trackers linked from the official site) asks me to register before I can download anything. This wasn't my experience in the past. Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
