EU applicants with no Irish Addresses?

Hello, I’m writing this post to ask if there is anyone who applied to the Irish Defence Forces as genuine EU citizen, but with no Irish address, actually made it into the Defence Forces and got their vetting back after completing all the steps?

With European citizen I do not mean someone from outside of Europe who got European citizenship later on, I mean people born and raised in Europe.
