‘Student’ accommodation on booking legit?

Hi guys!

(Apologies in advance if this has been asked before, i couldn’t find anything using the search bar on the sub)

I am going to stay in your lovely city for a few nights in august, and I saw a lot of student accommodations on booking that are opening up to non-students during the summer months. Since they all only have about 10 reviews maximum, I was kind of worried about potentially getting ripped off (since booking has been a platform for some scamming practices in the past). Can anyone confirm that any of these accommodations are real?
