Twins waking up at night then 5AM

I am going crazy
My almost 7 months twins are waking up everyday at 5AM with a feed at night.
And sometimes my babygirl when she feeds at night takes a lot to fall back asleep.
Already they fall asleep either feeding or rocking and in the same room so one twin wakes the other.
3/3/1.5 or 2/3
Bedtime is at 8:30 after bathing
I know wake windows are not right but my babies couldn’t fall asleep easily
But when they fall they seem very tired sometimes the nap is 2 hours!
I know i am doing a lot of things wrong but i cant seem to manage myself with twins
Help😭
