Some sizes and hair advice please

Maybe starting late im 32 and just starting looking to finally look more feminine and not sure where to start. Between outfit sizes to underwear, socks. Im 6ft 140lbs give or take aint weighted in a while but I usually am between 135 and 140. I tend to wear baggy clothes (large mens) but I should wear mediums for a proper fitting shirt. Pants i usually wear 32/32 men's. Underwear im not sure, I wear mediums but its kinda a close call between small and medium. Id much prefer dresses or skirts but idk where to start size wise.

Hair ive shaved my legs but a lot of the time bumps appear, ive seen posts talk about exfoliating before using an epilator, is the exfoliating to prevent the bumps?

Facial hair i need to find a was to keep it clean cut and possibly lighten up the skin so any tips.

What's a good exfoliator product or epilator?
