**The Sneakers:**

This was one of the most anticipated foam releases of the year. Comparing this pair to retail references, I noticed the print is actually closer to the 1.0 print. The print of the 2.0 is more zoomed in, so the koi, lotus flowers, bushes and woman don’t land in the exact same places as retail. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me but only worth noting. The print itself is crisp with no blurry sections or faded colors, and overall the shoe has a premium feel in hand.

Everything else impressed me, especially for the price. The shape looks right, upper texture is good, the embroidered lotus tongue, striped pull tabs, heel embroidery, and icy green outsole were all executed well. If they dial in the artwork placement on a future run, these would be next level, but for now, NO ONE will notice this on foot.
