How to build Welt specifically for Himeko Nova?

I'm seeing some builds online but I'm not sure which is best for Himeko Nova specifically. I don't intend to use him outside of her team so if you could give me some insight on this specific build that would be nice.

I've read that his LC isn't really good for him? That's a bummer because I have it. I can't really use Tutorial as it's being used by Kafka and I also would rather not use Pearl Sweat as it's been used by my FF team's and they're already fighting each other to use it at S3 lol
