How do I manage eczema alongside uni and work?

I'm a 19 y/o in my second year of an architecture course, who regularly experiences eczema flare-ups throughout my body (very dry, flakey, red patches, and often bleeding). I've been undergoing UV therapy since early April this year, and still undergoing it. I still haven't seen much progress from it yet, so I just want to figure out some type of way to manage my symptoms in the meantime.

The workload and travel time to and from uni are also very big, so it can be very stressful trying to manage eczema, on top of work as well. I have considered quitting my part-time job for the duration of my semester, as I live at home with my parents, so I have someone to be financially dependent on for the time being. I find myself having to call in sick a lot because of severe eczema flare-ups, despite doing everything my dermatologist has told me to do. But I just wanted to see if there's a better way to manage everything before jumping to quit.

I don't want to use any type of topical steroids, as I have used them in the past and you may know that they have bad long-term effects. I have experienced damage to my skin because of them, so I will be strictly avoiding them.

If anyone would like to share their thoughts and wisdom regarding this, I would be beyond grateful.
