Being gaslighted by my on poops

I’ve had some weird thing happening to me the last week. I’m defiantly in a flare up but I think I’m towards the ends of it. However now I can go to the toilet and things ”feel normal” and not soft when the poop comes out. However when I flush it down it completely dissolves into liquid and bits and pieces. I don’t understand how it can feel solid, but then not being solid what so ever 🥲🥲
