I am looking for 20 UGC creators for reeldrop.io - An instagram growth tool with capabilities like DM automation, carousel generation, captions/hashtags/thumbnail generation, scheduling and posting to Instagram, Analytics etc

Here's the offer. Four Reels on your own Instagram, $20 each, so $80 guaranteed. If they flop you still get paid. That part isn't performance based.

After that it's per Reel, on views. A thousand views is a dollar. 10K is ten. 100K is a hundred. Half a million is $500 and a million is $1,000, which is where I've capped it for now because I'm bootstrapped and I need to know my worst case. If someone hits the cap I'll raise it. That's a problem I'd love to have.
