Is playing anything other than a lane-bully / cheese pick basically trolling?

I realised something, most of the games where I feel like I actually exist i'm either :

- Cheesing with Nasus / Kayle and afk farming until the champ auto-wins,

- Cheesing with Teemo / gnar and winning by being ranged top,

- absolutely demolishing the ennemy laner with a lane bully like Darius / Volibear / Morde / Kled and stat checking everyone

Anything else that has downtimes, loosing timings or needs to scale a bit (without being the aforementioned afk farm raidbosses) feels like a cointoss because i'll basically be playing safe against something that can demolish me in a single trade and end up doing nothing for 10 minutes at wich point the game is either won because my team has won or lost because my team has lost (or worse, Fuck up a trade and get dived/kicked out of the lane)

Sure i can call the jungler ... or i can have Darius and let him camp the other lanes while the ennemy jungler risks giving me a free 1v2 if he tries me
