I hate the way they push us to desperation

Sent this email to thyroid clinic secretary this morning:

 I have still not heard anything since my letter on 01/06 asking for an additional blood test which I got. When I saw Dr xxx in May he told me that he would monitor my results closely and keep in regular contact, but I have never heard back from him.

This lack of follow-up is unacceptable. The uncertainty and anxiety caused by not knowing a diagnosis are significant, and I expect a higher standard of care and communication from your practice. I understand that delays can happen, but the absence of any update or timeline is both unprofessional and distressing.

Please confirm when I can expect to hear back about my last results and a follow-up treatment. If I do not receive a response within the week, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and make an official complaint.

Result: I got an appointment next week!!
