Everything mod not working

I used to have the mod working a while back before i formatted my pc, a while later when i got back to the game i installed it again and it worked, then later when i installed cosmetic mods and such, it stopped working, tried everything, deleted and made new vanilla files then replaced them with pre September ofc, tried using everything mod 3.0, tried everything nothing works, other mods still work fine, and i checked anviltoolkit compression is 0 and not enabled and everything related to it is fine, i need help.
