The weirdest thing I have rn (spoilers: thought of death?)

So basically while I read a moomintroll book, I look at my arm and I saw blue blood vines being visible to it, and it's literally made me a discomfort and makes me wanna get rid of it and not being seeing it. I tried to ignore it, but it doesn't work, I kept looking at it and I really wanna scream ngl. And no, I don't immediately wanna get rid of it, but thinking of getting rid of it (if I do, then I will die)

Also, when I tell or someone explaining about a blood, I started to feel weak, like the blood wanna stop working after all and makes me wanna lay in the bed and just, doing nothing and making myself rotten. I feel weak when someone is saying "blood" And this is basically a weirdest shit I ever have
