My parents are about to retire in less than 5 years

Hello people of reddit, I need advices on what I should think I am doing for my concern. I 23 year old male, works in the fnb industry with still little experience because I just graduated last year of July and only have 10 months of working experience. This morning I signed my contract for a new company and went to dinner with my mom in Max's restaurant because of their BDO promo. After eating, my mom shared a story about her friend that got retired at 50 years old, mother also mentioned that she wants to retire in 4 years, and for my father in 2 years. The moment when she mentioned retirement I got chills because 4 years is pretty damn near and I worry that by that time I might still be making minimum wage. Growing up I was simply living averagely and got nothing to stress on. My mom wasn't trying to pressure me or anything because she supports me no matter what I am doing, and honestly she deserves to retire because she works harder than the rest of us in the family but I hate it that I am insecure that in 4 years she would retire. Pls no hate, I need some wisdom. Advance thank you.
