Which UK food show has actually taught you something you still use in the kitchen?
I watch plenty of food programmes purely because they're relaxing, but every so often someone demonstrates one tiny technique that genuinely sticks.
I find those little practical things much more useful than watching someone make an incredible restaurant dish that I'm realistically never attempting at home.
Has a UK cooking show taught you a technique, recipe or kitchen habit that became part of how you actually cook?
