Has anyone had payment or support issues with Snigel recently?

I’ve used Snigel as my ad agency for several years without any major problems. However, a recent invoice and payment hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received a response after emailing them three times over the last few days.

Has anyone else experienced a delayed payment or lack of response from Snigel recently? Is there a known issue anybody knows about ?
