Mom thinks my friend is toxic

Basically, my mom always thinks my friends are using me. The reason being that we don't hang out as often and by her words "we do everything they want to do", which is absolute bs. She doesn't want to accept that I'm not as extroverted and socially active as she wants me to be. Plus I'm 22, I know what I want or don't want to do. In fact, most times I feel bad for my friend because I'm the one that mostly doesn't want to do things. Every time I tell her she's wrong and it has nothing to do with them she doesn't believe me, and it's pissing me off because she's accusing them, and making them out as bad people for absolutely no reason. I prefer hanging out at home or doing something minimal. I don't know if she's just projecting or what cause I don't know where she even got that idea from. No matter what I say she just thinks that I'm not aware of it like I'm oh so innocent.
