From the Shibuya fight, we can see that Megumi passed out after summoning Mahoraga , meaning that he doesn't need to provide the untamed Shikigami his Cursed Energy like the normal Shikigami to control them ( duh ).

This means that the Shikigami is entirely operated by the Cursed Technique itself.

We all know that after using a domain you will suffer CT burnout. So would it make sense if you just:

\- summon Mahoraga

\- Take some oxygen tank with you into the shadow

\- exit the shadow after Makora is done with the enemy ( and honestly who can even last 2 minutes unless you're Gojo or Sukuna )

\- use Domain to cause CT burnout

\- Mahoraga disappear

Not with just Mahoraga too, you can do this with Madoka if your enemy is a Cursed Spirit.

Also after rewatching the Reggie fight, i found it that it was a pretty short time between Megumi's domain and the dog attacking Reggie. There are 2 possible situations :

\- The CT got burnt out and recovered in a relatively short time, which isn't really a problem because you only need the burnout to happen

\- There was no "burnt out" at all. The shikigami waited there since the beginning. Which i think wouldn't be the case because "CT burnout after domain" is kinda a hard rule, even Sukuna or Gojo can't escape it.

In the 2nd case, i came up with the entirely headcanon explaination is that the tamed Shikigami acts more like of a standalone Shikigami rather than a part of the technique. The shadow only acts as a place for them to rest, just like how Megumi can hide a bunch of tools under there. Meanwhile as i said , the untamed Shikigami is fully operated by the Cursed Technique itself, therefore "CT burnout" would apply 100% on them.

What do you think ?

Hypothetically, can Megumi just summon infinite untamed Shikigami ?
