Is strava support even real?

I changed my phone 3-4 weeks ago and realised i can’t get through my Strava access because they removed facebook access. My facebook was tied to an old email to which the verification for it was an overseas number that has not been active. I tried several ways to get in to the old email but couldn’t, it seems I have been locked out of that email for good.

I’ve seen people here with similar issues and have been resolved.

I was wondering about mine because I already sent like 4 or 5 emails but still there’s no response.

Did anybody have an experience where they did not get back despite emails?
