STUDENT PORTAL DOUBT

I filled JAC counselling under the OBC-NCL category. All my documents were verified during physical reporting, and I got admitted to NSUT CSAI in Round 1.

However, when I checked my student profile today, it shows my category as General.

My JEE Main CRL (under 10k) was also enough to get CSAI through the General cutoff this year. Could this be because my seat was allotted on open/general merit even though I applied under OBC, or is this likely a portal/database error?

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I'm planning to visit the admissions office tomorrow to confirm. Any advice would be appreciated.
