Taking Vit D (50,000) iu without Vit K, once a month.

General Question

As the title suggests, what do you think? Although I believe it is ok to take this amount without vitamin k and avoid the calcification risk that people usually bring up with vitamin d without k, I’d still like more insights. My understanding is that vit k does help but the data is still inconclusive. I also believe that vit d toxicity is rare, there are only a handful of cases and most are due to companies not diluting the vit d correctly or lack of knowledge of the person taking the doses the wrong way.

What are your insights? And suggestions?
