Transfer from poly to jc

Hi, the title more or less explains my situation. I am planning on transferring from poly to jc as I cannot cope with the group projects at all. One incident that occurred last night is when I reminded my group mate to submit the project and she ignored my message. We ended up submitting late. For me, I do not mind mugging 8 hours a day and sitting for tests and exams, so far I have been doing far better for my individual tests and exams compared to group projects. I have experienced a number of obstacles during group projects to the point where it has pushed me to end my life. For my o levels, I did not do as well as my teachers expected as I severely burnt myself out as I thought the harder I grinded the better I would do. I cannot deal with the group projects at all and it may potentially cause me to fail. Please help, is it a good choice to switch from
Poly to JC?
