Can i know how you can actually get technical background tester to test a product?

Hello everyone, I have a real struggle here when i am trying to get honest feedback for my product from tester.

May i know how the tester community normally works? In which channel they are mainly in?

I am willing to offer real rewards but always getting bad feedback or non-technical output, of course some scammers (which i expected), but does anyone happy to share me how to get real tester, that would be very appreciated!
