pricing for local products

I want to get back into the game and planned on purchasing a couple of starterdecks for both me and my GF, at my local store they've been priced at 25 euro's though, I'm not very knowledgeable about the current available stock for the OPTCG, but is it still that bad or is it due to another reason? The same shop sold us riftbound's vendetta displayed for 125euro, so pretty much msrp.

whats the markup I should expect from a local store and when is it too much?
