Looking for opportunities- career switch

Unable to switch careers due to lack of experience.

Graduate in mechanical engineering, currently working in admin and operations with a NGO based in Dubai related to science and technology -training and education for students on all levels. Began in 2020 with 6 years in the same firm unable to learn or grow much, has been trying to switch career field, many times, attended interview multiple times but got rejected at final stage due to lack of experience on respective field, a quick learner and hard worker but not able to find an opening where someone is willing to give a chance, ending up going to bogus interviews and name sake hiring posts where there is no actual hiring happening. I really wish to learn and grow in the technical industry, supply chain industry and have been seeking for opportunities, going through emotional and identity crisis, as mental pressure of being unable to grow in career, feeling unworthy and therapy session to keep mind focused. Has valid UAE driving license as well. Completed CAD training but lack of usage and opportunities has also not helped with maintaining the skill.
