Dog friendly short term accomodation?

My wife and I (both in our early 40s) and our Golden Retriever Ted are looking for somewhere to stay for two weeks while our bathroom is being repaired.

We have friends we can stay with in the short term, but most of them are too far from work (Strathalbyn) or too inconvenient for a couple with a dog.

Does anyone know of a small but tidy dog friendly Airbnb? Or a caravan park with tidy cabins that allows well trained and friendly dogs?

My wife works in the city and I work in Elizabeth… so something in the city or northern suburbs would be best, but I would be quite happy to drive an hour or so to get to work for a couple of weeks… so inner south could work too.

Any thoughts?
