Feeling “left out” due to a long break

Hello everyone, I havn’t been active since I believe February? I occasionally join to see whatever updates, but recently I’ve been feeling like a total newbie in a strange game (even though I started playing in 2022)

The values constantly change, the way people interact, the way you make friends. It’s all really difficult to come back into, I have taken long breaks before, but this time is different?

It could just be me, but does anyone know what people want nowadays? What is considered “nlf” and what is considered “lf”? And what is the current value of low iuhs, liferings and other stuff that I remember being a little “expensive” to get? And what is the value of the new colors on items? Like volcanic colours and sandy (?) 😓
