Better Fit - TCS or EY GDS

Hi All,

Greetings of the day..!

I have received offer from TCS for C3A band and EY GDS for Manager Level 1.. Can anyone suggest which would be better for SAP Functional domain in terms of career growth and work life balance..

I would highly appreciate your advice and thank you in advance..
