For those who've been job hunting for months while still employed, how are you surviving?
I've been actively looking for a new job for almost a year while staying employed, and it's honestly been mentally exhausting.
I know the job market is rough right now, and I know finding the right opportunity can take time. I'm not really asking for job search tips, I think I've tried most of the usual advice.
I'm more curious about the people who are in the same boat.
How do you deal with the constant cycle of applying, interviewing, getting ghosted, or rejected while still showing up to work every day? How do you keep yourself motivated without burning out?
Would love to hear how others are coping, especially those who've been searching for several months or longer.
