Should i buy second hand MacBook Air M1 8gb 256gb for 500$ Australian Dollar? Is it worth it in 2026?

So i am looking for macbook just for normal usage, no video editing or gaming, but Neo series looks so weak, so need some M series laptop, i use mostly for coding, video watching, and for eco system of course with iphone
