Question about my account's safety

This may very well be a stupid question. Or rather a series of questions. First of all, I don't really care THAT much about Pokemon Go, I just want to have fun and not bother with rooting my phone. I have already gotten 2 strikes \~ a year ago after using PGSharp for approximately 5 years (I have not been very active most of the time though). These strikes occured after teleporting stupidly (meaning I didn't respect the 2 hour cooldown). Am I at risk of losing my account? Is my account under more strict of a "surveilance"? My location has been set for NY for basically the entire duration of my spoofing experience. Is it safe to teleport if I respect the 2 hour cooldown/should I be even more careful/should I not teleport at all? (I would love to teleport to the Observatory spot in Japan for example). I'm sorry if you consider answers to these questions to be obvious, I don't mean to waste anyone's time, I'm just not that deeply invested in the spoofing stuff and want to make sure to not get permabanned sooner than expected.
