Hey I'm also suffering from porn addiction but I will try to stop them but they comes out of no where I'm suffering with this for like 4 years( I'm 18) my question is it okay to masterbate without porn when I can't handle myself

Like bro if I done that then will it help me cool down and also stop my brain damage from watching porn
