Confirmed tickets, need to change the seat number.

This is regarding my Indian Railways booking.

I have the preference given as side lower.

Recently when I booked a birth for overnight journey, I got it as SL/79.

I hate the beginning and end seats as there will not be any peace of mind and I cannot sleep properly.

Is there a way to change the seat number via railone app or any other means?
